Who called from 8603270091

I received a miss call from this number.  I called back a few minutes later and heard a recording saying the number was not in service.  I also tried to call back a few hours later and received the same recording.  How does a number that is not in service manage to call my phone.

Did u ever find out who it was I am having the same situation today

Caller ID reads - STofCT-DSS -- when you call the number back - the recording says the number is no longer in service.  Just another telemarketer using a false ID..........

Got a call from this number. Manchester, CT
Says it's department of social services.

Received same call from former employee requesting forms
