They claim the kirby but I am not sure so I am reporting this phone call number to find out who they are

Identified as Golden circle with the (860) 329-0324.  Background conversation left on answering machine without any identifying individual or business reason for calling.  Annoying and uncalled for.  Has happened twice so far on the same day.  If it continues, will notify the appropriate agencies....
