I was on craigslist and saw an add for a cleaning service. Interview today and start tomorrow. I called and asked a few questions, which were left unanswered. I had an appointment today but after reading h=these reviews im not going. I talked to Joe and he seemed to interested in getting me in asp. 'The number i responded to was 860-0316. "Melissa Smith" rang my phone. I did not recognize that name so I did not answer it. The caller left no message. The caller's phone number is 860-329-0324.
I have also been getting phone calls lately from "Golden Circle" and I ignore them as well. They ring but never leave a message.
I think it's a scam. A business with any integrity would leave you a message!
it is kirby. I was hard up for a job, went there for a week. went to these appt. and we were told to sell....in order to get paid....what they tell you on the phone is what i read above....free cleaning of 2 rooms. no directions to the house. got last and screamed at in front of 5 other employees. after a week found out I was not getting paid because i had sold nothing and did not meet the quota for "demos" which they set up for you. Needless to say, got lost ran out of gas and returned to quite my job. sent out 50 miles one way to find a house. when i returned, I returned the vacuum and regained my diginity. HUGE SCAM!!!!!
This person Melissa Smith from Kirby company called and scheduled free cleaning for us. I wanted to cancel, she said, the rep is already paid for. She asked me to confirm that I definately would be there and left a number 860 329 0316. This number is invalid and does not get melissa
