When I called number back it says it isn't a working number

Spam recording about how you can lower your rates with a credit card.  Made to sound like someone is calling with an urgent message about your "current credit card account".   Total spam.

Credit card lowered your rates call.

i received a call stating it was to lower your ratings for a credit card, but have no credit cards. ***SPAM

I got the same reply.  They say it is not a working number.
