Thanks for the info, everyone.  I don't answer unknown numbers but add me to the list of people who think a "Do Not Call List" should be enforced.

I received an unwanted call from 860 370 4562 advertising a credit card.

Do you seriously think these thieves and liars are going to pay any attention to a "do not call list".  If so you are sadly mistaken.

I got the "Urgent....lower your credit interest rates" robo-call this morning and immediately checked the number on this site, as I was suspicious that they didn't reference any banks or accounts. I'd have to agree that this is a scam! The best way to end this kind of fraud would be some old school horsewhipping and hanging the culprits from the nearest tree!

Will not say anything and when I try to call the number back it is busy.
