Who called from 8604847527

I picked up and it said it was a student loan organization.
(No one in my immediate family is going to college)

Just got a call from this number five minutes ago.   Didn't pick it up,  and glad I didn't.  Stumbled upon these reviews after googling the number.

860 is a CT exchange

Calls from this number are chronic.  I usually don't answer but I finally did and told the person to stop calling.  I was told NO!

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
