I received a call from this number  and i answered it and no one was on the other end

Unsolicited call.

Got a call from this UNFAMILIAR number and ignored it!

I've been answering these calls.  Health Insurance telemarketer.  I asked them to remove me.

Got a call, no one said anything and they hung up. Called back and automated message about the health enrollment center came on. I spoke to "Steve" and he said he would take my number out, but he didn't even have it!!! I was calling from a blocked #. Called back again and he said its not his job and hung up. What the hell is wrong with these people?! I'm filing a report with the FTC, which I suggest everyone does.

I have a company investigator on the case right now, trying to get their real info.
