They are a Medical Supplies Telemarketer. I have asked them to remove me from my list. They didn't. I have now BLOCKED THEM. I suggest everybody check with their carrier to see what the options are. I have Verizon and have added a free 3 month trial of unlimited blocking. After 3 months I have the option of continuing with this service for $5.00/month. I figure after 3 months they will leave me alone (at least for awhile)
Received a call at 9:30 am today from this number, didn't answer because I was still in bed. They're probably very lucky I didn't answer because I DON'T LIKE being woke up!! They didn't leave a message, but according to what others have said, they more than likely wouldn't have said anything anyway, which would've really pissed me off!! Anyway, these companies keep calling and telling me that they are responding to a recent survey/questionnaire/application that I filled out, which I haven't! And when I ask them where or what website I "supposedly" filled this out at, they then repeat the same sentence from their script, "this is about a recent survey...blah, blah, blah! It's all scams, ways to get info out of me, or money...my number also is on the DoNotCall list, that was a waste of time!! I was getting calls from many different numbers, Fl, DC, etc...and all would be someone with a middle eastern accent stating they were calling from some dept from the US Gov't treasury and that I was eligible for a grant, after many many attempts at telling them to quit calling me, finally I told them that if they were really calling me from a dept in the US Gov't, then they would know that my number was listed on the US Gov'ts DoNotCall list! They've not called since!!! Hopefully it worked!! So try it next time they call you!!
Only one way to stop them, never answer.
We all know what scam calls look like , from "unknown" to "private" , "name not found ", "toll free" & 000 prefixes..
Wouldn't it be great fun if no one in the entire US answered calls who's number they don't recognize? Even for a single day?!!!!
