I answered this call and they asked for the person who pays the electric bill...I said he was not available, she hung up...5 seconds went by and she called again...I answered Department of Justice..how may I direct your call..she answered she wanted to speak to someone who was in charge of the electric bill, I stated again Department of Justice how may I direct your call..she said with an attitude you have electricity in the building I want to speak to someone who pays that bill...to say the least I hung up LOL
