I have NEVER made any inquiries for any of these types of products or services from them or any other company yet I just got a call from them as well so that theory goes out the window. They are just trying to drum up business dialing any number they get their hands on. I am also on the Do Not Call List and they have now violated it by calling me. If they truly were a legitimate and reliable company, they would respect the DNC list. Even if I was interested in their services, based upon their disrespect now, I would NEVER use them.
This company, CKH Industries, sells both the Safe Step Walk In Tub and the Owens Corning Basement Finishing System. They also sell sunrooms and replacement windows.
They service CT, NY, and NJ.
If you are getting phone calls from them they are following up to a recent or past inquiry you made to one of the home projects mentioned above.
They are a reliable company and have been in business over 25 years.
This phone number has been calling me for at least FIVE years trying to get me to use them to finish my basement. They got my information from a contest at the Big E, again, FIVE years ago. I have requested MULTIPLE times to be removed from the call list and they continue to call me.
Called yesterday while we were not at home. Caller ID said "INSUL?SASH" [sic]. This is a REPEAT NUMBER but a DIFFERENT caller id to our home. NO MSG LEFT. If they were legit, and had our *permission* to call us, they wouldn't fail to communicate via ans. machine. I DO NOT return such calls. Their loss.
Suspect this is a TELEMARKETER HIRED by various companies for COLD CALL SALES MARKETING. THIS IS ILLEGAL unless they have WRITTEN permission to call AHEAD of time. They DO NOT. ONE sweeps entry to a SINGLE company YEARS ago, DOES NOT give BLANKET PERMISSION to a telemarketing firm to HARASS us forever. Contact 'permission', like most COUPONS these days, EXPIRES after a reasonable amount of time; in this case, I'd give them ONE year. They've VIOLATED that. so now I will REPORT them.
