When I answer I hear nothing in the back ground so I hang up and call the number back then I get a recording that says THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE!!!!!

1-860-589-2807 is acell phone, you can't call but you can Text him, lets blow his Sim card out 123 ready set go. lol

I keep on getting calls from this number and it is harassing; they call during work, early in the morning, during the day. Please put a stop to it.

keeps calling my cell phone and im on the do not call registry.   the hang up anf I cant call them back. it says the.lkne is not in service
