got a call from this number, calling all the high school graduates in the state, asked me if I were a high school graduate. called me by my name so got my cell phone # somehow!? english was clearly not her first language.
I get this number caller several times a day when I call back it says number not in service check number and dial again. My number has been on the no call list for a year now. I have also reported this nuber and nothing was done about it.
