The same thing has been happening to me for months now. I did find a way to block it on my phone, so now it just shows up as a missed call, but it's still a pain in the [***]. Apparently the guy in investigative services could use some more practice in investigating. Shouldn't really be that hard.
This number calls me at all hours of the day and night. When I answer it I don't hear anything. If I don't answer it they don't leave a message. After a month and a half of getting anywhere from 1-3 calls a day from them I called the number back (it rang 20+ times before it was answered) only to be told it's a phone in a hall at Mohegan Sun Casino in Conn. After a little run around I was put in touch with someone in their Investigative Services. He was very nice and reviewed all their camera footage but they don't show anybody using that phone on any of the days and times I've been called. I've never been to Mohegan Sun Casino or ANY casino. It's very annoying especially considering they're calling me on my work cell.

This number has been calling me for months! I answer and no one is there, i call back and no one answers. If i don't answer they don't leave a message. I called my phone company to find out how to block this number and the only thing they said is that i can have call block put on my line for a fee per month....Really? i'm not paying a fee... and there is no way to block it from my iphone, does anyone know how i can block this number?? Help!!! this is very frustrating 2-3 times a day at all hours...i'm sick of it!!
This has been happening to me too. I spoke with the phone company. They said that this guy is probably a scammer, and that the Mohegan Sun connection is probably that he just uses call forwarding and when you do that you can enter any number. Mohegan Sun has nothing to do with it and the call could be coming from anywhere, The part I don't understand, if there is a scam, is why s/he never says anything. Anyway, I have had the number blocked from my phone.
