i did not answer but called this number back on a different line and i got an announcement saying this number was not in service, i strongly believe it is spoofed by aa company called PORTFOLIO RECOVERY they employ dirty tricks to harass you.

Caller ID only states "Hartford CT"
this has to be yet another scummy SCAMMER robocaller ..

860 900-0145-Caller ID showed Triple V. It would appear this is just another of the many scams aimed at getting information for purposes of scamming individuals, in particular older persons. If you receive a call from this number, under no circumstances should you answer.
