Caller ID said Triple V.  My phone only rings for allowed calls, so I didn't know they called until I cleared the received messages.  Message left was about lowering my credit card interest rate to 6.9%, only if I owed more than $4000

Just called. Didn't answer. Let it ring to my fax.

Ho-Hum.  Another important call, so important they left no message.  Obviously a scam of some sort, since the number is ID'd as different callers on this list alone.  It is so tempting to answer and then play with them a bit, just to waste their time.
