Got call from 8609180417. Man with heavy accent identified himself as Fred Wilson and the scenario he recited reads like the prior post here and on other sites. OBVIOSULY calling from a boiler room -- many voices in the background. Told him I could not understand him (TRUE), and hung up
"Microsoft tech support", scam saying you have 5 computers operating through your IP address. Means you are being hacked. Absolute scam, but play around with them. Make them spell everything out, then tell them it's not working. When they ask you to read information to them, lie. If they tell you tor repeat something, be off by a couple of letters.

Just got a call from this number and it came up as a wireless caller and the call was dropped. He called back a few minutes later and asked for me by my first name and said he was calling from Kohl tech support. I knew immediately it was a scam. Lots of background noise and he had a heavy accent. I told him I knew he was a scammer and to basically "F" off. He said he was legit and I told him I'm on the do not call list and will be filing a complaint...he promptly hung up!
They keep calling my home phone # but not leaving any message. Just got a call now and all they said was is this ********? I said yes and they hung up. Hope saying yes was not too much. I tried to call back and it answers falls into a mailbox that says she is Mary Flynn and then you get a message that the mailbox is full. Why can't you find these hackers and discontinue their phone?
