Adam Riley just left me a voice mail, I never call any of these debt collectors back until I can verify the agency they work for. The number used was 502-434-4101. When caller was about to give me a number he had roughly a 40 second pause as he ran through some papers and found his number. When I looked up Rosen Managment Services all I came up with is a property management company. The message was in a threatening tone, caller stated this would be the last time he would attempt to call me, as far as I could tell this was the only time he has attempted.
This so called agency is likely using a phone number generator and would explain the constant changes in phone numbers. I will not be returning the call at this time.
Time to find a new bank! I hope you filed complaints with the CFPB and FBI.. fraud and extortion! You should probably fill out a complaint with LE also!
While it more difficult with a debit card, you still have some recourse. Since money changed hands, you can file a police report and use that to bolster your claim with the bank. Also, you were given the links to the CFPB and your State AG office. Use them, as well as these since they are in Georgia:

Also since they you have an address and a registered agent, you can sue them under the FDCPA as well.
