Who called from 8622312552

This number called at noon. Didn't answer.  Called back due to curiosity and got "This number is not in service"... so deleted that off my phone.

Man with an accent said that I was selected by the United States Government for a grant of $9,000 because I am in good standing with the government. He read my address and gave me a phone number and verification code to call in and accept my "grant." I asked how I can validate the credibility of this and he gave me a website www.usgovernmentgrants.org... I still don't believe this.
