SPAM, yes and they will keep coming folks as the Do Not Call doesn't matter to these robot calls which have a rotating numbers. Complain about it on these boards, they don't read these either. Just block the call and move on, or don't have a phone, these are the choices.
Received a call from this number right after i hung up on a scammer that called me from "Visa and Mastercard" about lowering my rates. I told that person (man with poor english and strong indian accent) not to call me again. He then demanded I marry him and would not stop. I hung up and he called me back from this number demanding to know why I would hang up on him and telling me to marry him. I told him I would call the police and I hung up. He has since called me from several more numbers from different countries.
Called and left vm that sounds like someone "has filed a lawsuit against you. Call this number to find out more..." As a lawyer I know it's a scam so blocked the number!
