Federal student loan debt,pressed 1 to speak to someone and the lady's accent was so thick I couldn't understand her! How they get the information that they think you have student loans is beyond me. I told her I don't have student loans and before I could finish she hung up on me. If these people say they work for the government then you wouldn't hang up on people who are simply saying to you to stop calling. This number along with many others saying their with the government in helping student loans are a scam! They do this to get your info,and they won't ever leave a message. Their supposedly calling from New Jersey no they spoofed the number so you think they are calling from New Jersey when really their calling from the middle East or India.
Best thing to do is block them!
