Said it was the IRS and return the call

Said they were the IRS and want me to call them back

This number calling my mother threatened law suit claiming they are IRS

Automated message saying they were the IRS and they filed a lawsuit against me.  Called 4/11/2016 - 8:19am with silence & 10:49am - with the automated message

Declined the number as I was working. Message said something about a case number. If it was the IRS like others have claimed, they would send a letter. Don't fall for this scam.
