Failed to send medical supplies after getting last four of my social security number. The name of person I spoke with said her name is Sandra Evans claiming their facility was connected with Dr. Erlinda V. Taclob medical clinic of Paterson,NJ 07505. This call came after I received X-Rays from a Clinic in Elmwood Park, NJ. and two days after I had blood-work done at a clinic in Paterson,NJ ,Now when I call (862)777-8245 to find out why I have not received the package, a recording claim is that the mailbox is full & not accepting messages, or press 1 to be removed from call list. I received this supply call Oct.3rd 2016 and now it is Oct. 18, and these supplies were for Diabetes accuracy that I never received as of today, can someone please get in contact with this person or facility to find a cause for me not getting these supplies.
