Recorded message about lowering my interest rates on my credit card that they've been monitoring. When I pressed 9 to speak with a representative, it connected me to someone who wouldn't say anything. I could hear typing in the background, but they wouldn't respond to anything I said. They then muted the phone and eventually hung up on me 3 minutes later. When I called the # back I received a recording that 'the # or code is incorrect and to check the # or code again' and then disconnected me. SPAMMER!!! This is so frustrating considering I just changed my work # because of SPAMMERS and less then 2 weeks later the calls have started again! I don't know how they get our #s, or how they spoof #s, or what their purpose is when most of the time they never say anything!!!!
