I have had several calls in the past three days from this number. I never seem to be at my phone when I get this call, it's a missed. But have tried returning this call several times and I get no human or rings but yet a sound that is almost like someone is ridding in a car with the window cracked. If I am ever at my phone when this number calls I will update if I actually speak to what I am sure of is a scammer. I put this number in at first in this site as 864-232-5574 in error. Not sure how to go back and delete or edit.
