Who called from 8642830519

I have been getting calls from this number as well.  I've told the man NUMEROUS times to stop calling me and to take my number off the list.  The second time he called I told him that he had called before and to stop and he ARGUED with me saying no he hadn't.  I said "Yes you did! Stop calling me!"  I don't know what to do to make it stop!  When I call it back it's a busy signal consistently.  Sometimes he hangs up on me when I answer.  It's really ridiculous.

I answer, they hang up. No message, no voive, no sales pitch-NOTHING!!!!

This person first starting calling me about a college course or something about a college. Then he just started calling and harassing us! He antagonized my husband and has repeatedly called and hung up. He argues and is very impolite to the point he upsets both my husband & myself. He always asks for me but if I do not answer he just hangs up. This has become a nuisance! I have reported this person more than once but it does no good for he calls everyday & sometimes multiple times a day!

This is a scammer. When I said I didn't want their calls they hung up in my face.
