First call that I have received from this number. Since it was local, I answered the phone and said Hello twice; nobody answered so I hung up. I should have known it was a scammer since it stated "Unknown Name."
Looks as if I will have to just stop answering any calls unless I recognize the number. This is getting to be awful. Just like AT&T putting advertisements on my Computer and I can't do anything about it; only X it off.
Got a call from this number this afternoon while out. It left a long message telling me that people over 60 are entitled to $3,000 in free grocery coupons and a free alert button. Just press one now to talk to an agent. Yeah right. Am reporting it to DNC just in case they decide to do some work.
The callers do not read this. Only those of us who are trying to find out why this number appears on our phone's caller ID. Please do not shout at us....but, thank you for letting me know this is some type of harrassing call.
