I was on the phone with my Dr. when they first caled. They hung up and immediately called me again. I was on bedrest, trying to get much needed sleep due to illness. Every time I fell back to slep, they called again to wake me up. Needless to say, I was livid. I called the number and they're SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE. You can find them on the internet. I guess they can't leave a voicemail because no one will buy their snake oil unless some telemarketer can tak them into signing up for one of their programs.
To be clear, they called me several more times today for a total of at least 6 so far. That has to be illegal. I don't even have an account with them, they're trying to sell me on thier crap. The next time they call, someone is getting an ear full of my thoughts.
this is Shellpoint Mortgage and they will call if you are late with mortgage payments or if you have any other mortgage issue. they are extremely helpful. within the last year they bought many of B of A home loan accounts.
