These people will NOT take no for an answer. We declined their help for three days in a row, and then he went nuts and called us over 20 times in a row, screaming at me how they're trying to help me. Lord, what idiots.
And I forgot to add that if she claims I have a tax debt I will tell her it is a bold faced lie. I work for the government, if I had a tax bill it would come out of my check.
They called back again and "Jessica" asked for the business owner. I said what business, she said "Breck Homes" and this phone number was associated with this company. I told her I don't own a business. She said someone associated with this phone number was associated with a lien/bad tax debt based on public records. I told her that I had no tax debt and asked to speak to her manager because she better take me off of the call list. She would not let me talk to her manager unless I could tell her, closest to the largest dollar amount *10k, 100k, or 1m" that I owe. I told her zero and she said that was not correct. I asked her what language I need to speak in order to find the correct word for zero, nada, none. She still refused to allow me to speak to her manager unless I told her a dollar amount. I again told her my dollar amount was zero. This banter went on for awhile (all the time she was laughing and saying she understood and apologized that I was stressed out). She said she would call me tomorrow. I told her that I was going to report her to the SC attorney general and the IL attorney general and maybe get a class action suit against them because I knew others were being similarly harassed.
THIS COMPANY KEEPS CALLING MY HOME NUMBER. MY SON WAS AT HOME AND HE LET THE ANSWER MACHINE PICKED UP THE CALL. THE CALLS WERE SO ANNOYING. IT JUST KEPT CALLING ONE AFTER ANOTHER. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER, IT PUT ME THROUGH THE VOICE MAIL. SO I LEFT THE MESSAGE AND HOPE THEY WILL NOT CALL ANYMORE.
