I just got a message on my cell phone from this number and it was a woman saying her name was Jennifer Seagulls and it was extremely urgent that I return her call, she didn't say the company name, what is was in regards to or anything just to call 877-394-0395. I'm glad I searched the number before I called back and found these posts. Thanks all!
think its a collection agency, have had one calling my cell phone forever, never answered it see this all the time, if its not the person they are looking for they will continue to call, harressing etc. they claim you owe this debt when its other info they are trying to get.
I just recieved this call on my cellphone I as far as I am concerned it is agaigst the credit law so they may want to watch out.. If anyone else wants let shut them down and sue for a class action of harassment? Let do it!
It's a scam and do not answer any of their questions. What I do is keep a note book and write down time and date everytime this area code shows up. Anytime you an area code you dont know, you can google it and find out where it came from. I have recently spoke with the FBI and FTC about this supposed company, and got a letter stating that their office is in NY but I get a South Carolina area code? There messing with the wrong guy here, I served my country and have a college education, I will bury them if they keep it up, legally of course. There is 3 steps in eliminating your enemies, gather information, flush them out, then ambush them.
Picked up phone after they started leaving a mesage about some emergency
message for a name of a person I did not know. Told the caller there is no one
at this number with that name.
please, stop call me.Just got a call on my cell from this number, they didn't bother to leave a message. Collection agencies do that because if they don't leave a message they can call back multiple times in one day - despite the FDCPA. Ugh!
