This caller keeps calling every day and it says Breast Cancer AM on my caller ID. Today I answered and a woman asked for Carrie. I said there is no Carrie here. She said that is okay I am calling everyone in your area. She wants to send me a pledge card to help women with breast cancer afford equipment and different things. I said 'not interested' and hung up.
A woman has called 3 times yesterday and again today, saying she is Sarah and asks to speak to my friend who lives here but is out of town; she uses my friend's first name and speaks in a tone as if she knows my friend. I told her she was not here and she hangs up saying she will call back. On the 3rd call I told her this was a nuisance and wondered why she called. She said she is a paid fundraiser for women with cancer and when I tried to tell her we were not interested, she haughtily talked over me and continued to talk and hung up. There is a CCI fundraiser group in the 864 area but has a different number on their website.
