Who called from 8646404154

Caller ID shows CCI I haven't answered, just send it to my fax machine if I'm home.  When they call and I'm not home they don't leave a message.

Has called several times, didn't answer.  Did answer this time, said she was from AC Services wanted to talk to man of the house.  Told her don't call back if you won't talk to me.  Blocked #.

Same for me.  Very pushy and would not take no for an answer.  I just hung up.  Still calling me, though.  Four calls today on business phone.

caller id says 'unassigned', but lady wants money for breast cancer sufferers.
Her line is to say ''hi, (so snd so)??, if you say yes, she says ''oh my, you're harder to reach than a barrel full of monkeys (or similar)......then starts rambling and talking over me.
Pretends to be some friend calling ......
If this was on the level, the phone number would be genuine , not 'unassigned'.

Called twice in one day and once per day two other days this week.  A message was left on voice mail that is not even in English.
