Besides I couldn't see inside the place and I could only drive by and check out the neighborhood showed some red flags. Look out!

I have to relocate back to my native state of Georgia to be closer to my family at large where I am presently. I returned to the States to discover that my ear-drums had been severely damaged following the close range bomb-blast that narrowly escaped back in Iraq where I was deployed as a US Army. I have been living with one ear to hear people talk for 2years until last month when i discovered i couldn't even hear anything again even with the one left. Also my wife has been living with cancer and it is getting a little tough for us to cope alone over her. So, I decided to move closer to my family so as to be able to take good care of my wife and myself as well. My initial plan was to sell out the house which I tried but sometimes the Realtor inflates the price and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website as for sale, that is the old advert. So, i need a tenant that will take care of the property just like I would. I had received some proposals regarding the rent because it is located in a very nice area of (Coral Springs,FL), but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take very good care of it. The first month rent is $1000 and refundable security is $600 and total move-in cost is $1600. Pets are welcome in as much they are well-behaved. Thanks for the reply, I am looking for a responsible and neat tenant for my single family home that will take good care of my house.. I work as a military man and now am back in Base, so i will just be here to talk to you as your new landlord, and right now the house is free and i have the key with my sister in Croswell, MI and i hope you have seen the picture of the house and i think you like it and if you want me to send you more pictures i can do that or You can only drive by the house as I don't have anyone to show you the inside, I will send you the inside pictures so that you can see what the inside of my house looks like because I am not dealing with a realtor concerning the renting of my house as I don't have to pay one and that's why the rent is low and the lower rent should be in exchange for the proper care of my house since I wont be around to take care of my home for a period of time.
and now for more process if you want to rent the house i think, the only way is that once you pay for the deposit fee, i will ask my sister to send the key down to you to move in and my sister will be the one you will be paying the payment for the house too cos i wont be able to do that from here in base, and one more thing right now shes not feeling to well maybe after you moved in, i may ask her to come once in a while to check on you and the house and if that works with you, fine let me know so i can make arrangement on how to send you the application right away.
You must also provide at least 2 references when filling the application form
