Who called from 8646785007

This number has been calling me randomly since I got my cell phone. It's usually in the middle of the day, and they never leave a message. They've called me for three days in a row now, and the one time I picked up, I couldn't hear anything.

If there is a Gannett owned newspaper near you, this number is someone from their national circulation department, trying to get you to subscribe to your local paper. These papers used to have local circulation departments, but in an effort to "streamline" operations, Gannett switched to this national circulation desk a few years ago. So even if you live in New Jersey, or Mississippi, or wherever, you may get calls from this South Carolina number trying to get you to buy the local paper.

If you aren't interested, just block the number from your phone.

Calls everyday, sometimes more than once.  Caller ID says Gannett Newspaper.  When I answer, nobody says anything.  I want it to stop!

This number keeps calling and hanging up immediately: 864-678-5007 Caller ID says Gannett Newspaper also. MAKE IT STOP!!! May have to put them on block and see if that works.
