This caller is an automated system made to sound like a real person. It even has a response to "Is this a computer?" Pure laziness! At least have the guts to put a live person on the phone that I can tell no to.

Recieved call on July 9th at 1:30. did not pick up. looks like that was a good decision. thanks for the input from here.

Car insurance Scam.  How Can you block this?  Eats up time and pi**s me off.

Received a call, but didn't recognize the number so did not answer. No message.
