These two posts have me wondering. You say she was calling for "security finance" which seems to be a loan company. How did you know she was calling for them. Did she leave a message? I guess she didn't since you then said "So anything she is about to say to you will probably be considered harassment under the South Carolina consumer Protection code.". That would be a very big leap, assuming she was going to say something against the law. You also seem to indicate that she is a debt collector. How do you know that?
