This is new number and I receive approx. 10 of these nonsense caller ID calls per day. I never answer . F.Y.I: If ID lists a random city in a random state but no business name nor a personal name of someone you recognize calling from a familiar phone number and the caller has not left a corresponding voice message , chances are 95% that it's a spoofed call. Or perhaps it's a service contractor from whom you are expecting a call but is calling from their cell phone and is either too dumb to figure out how to work voice mail of has gotten lost or is late etc. If you are otherwise engaged , well, that's that. This happens to me all the time and I just give up and leave. DO NOT call the number on Caller ID - Wait for the caller to call back and leave you a message
Caught my answering machine. It was a recorded message, so it started before my machine started. I didn't get a name just "by lowering your bill every month..."
