noticed a call on sunday 9:19 today, I didn't answer the call due to being sunday. Called the # back and got "enter your partied extention" after a few seconds it hang up. Received on my cell phone, which I've had a very short time. Is verizon selling our customer #'s to third party business with out permision?
Verizon call center was suppose to call about bill dispute. They were checking recorded call. I missed case, they didn't leave voicemail. Any idea who to contact them without hassle of having to call several numbers?
I don't know why Verizon would be calling on my work number. I only give them my land line and cell phone as contact numbers (and Verizon is NOT my wireless provider). So I'm a bit dubious of this number being a true Verizon number.
Maybe it is really Verizon number but Southern Bell faking the number for some reason. That might explain why I would get a "Verizon wireless tech support call" at work when Verizon isn't my wireless provider. (Or I suppose someone could have mis-recorded another customers number.)
