I get called very day on my cell phone (which is not a published number) and my home phone which is in on the do not call list with no messages left. I want them to stop calling.

Whenever you receive a call from someone you don't know, just hit redial and find out who they are.
Just about everyone these days has voice messaging systems.
That's how I know who most anyone is.
I keep getting hang-up calls from 864-990-1877. My Caller ID shows the company name as "EXPEDITE". When I answer the call, I hear a person on the other end fumble with the receiver and then quickly hang up on me.
Someone must be spoofing the Caller ID info as another post on your site shows that same number and Caller ID as American Leprosy Missions.
