Received (2) back to back calls - didn't answer- blocked them! I guess when you don't answer the first time, they figure you will answer the second time - WRONG!

Did not answer and no voice mail left.  Spammers and Scammers burning up my cell phone day and night.  Do Not Call Registry is a joke.  No punishment for these people whatsoever.  Blocked and added to the hundreds of other in my phone already.
