Who called from 8652059708

You can't get them back they call from all over the states

I hit the block button during the call – so only one call shows up on my Caller ID. But on our Comcast call log it shows THREE. Blocked.

Called, no message. Caller ID says "SURVEY".

Has called twice so far. Doesn't say anything. Just hangs up.

This number calls me several times a week at all different hours. I select to be on the dnc list but still call. I select to speak to someone and tell them not to call again, the calls keep coming
