Text message received from "Jen" requesting a Skype-address (lana.osbornew) add ...

I just got a text from Jen at the same number asking me to add her skype account (aurelia.schultzj).  I've no clue who or what sort of scam this is.

SAME! I got a text from Jenny asking me to skype her on the account name (Aycee_mp) when I asked Jenny who I recieved no reply.  I have no idea what this person was trying to do but it scares me that she got my name and phone number.
