Just received a call on my cell 872-484-0002 .. Mr. Davis.. fraud division .. Once again trying to scare people.. I took the bait last year and got ripped off for $800.00. Never again.... If this is legit then there should be a written notice to you.. Not some stupid e-mail... I am blocking this call. How can we stop these people?? They are picking on people that will do what the say because they think they will be arrested. If I'm right .. If your going to be arrested I don't think they call you first!
I got the same call from "Mr. Davis". I also have the exact same message, same voice, from "Mr. Davis" from a completely different phone number...not even in Illinois. I've blocked both numbers, but I'm sure they have more.
Mr Davis Scam Call from a variety of numbers. Don't know where they are located but I have reason to believe they are in Atlanta Georgia. Ignore and block all calls from Mr Davis and any of the CIDs listed.

Got a call from this number from a MR Davis. This is the second time they have called me. The first time they called it was for a loan that I had filed for a chapter 7 and it was included. I told them this and they proceeded to ask me all kinds of details I told them they could call the BKC Court of Utah and get that information if they needed it I did not have to furnish nothing and if they continued I would call BKC and they may be fined $10,000 for harassing me . A debt approved by a BKC was no longer valid to collect on.
