Just received a call on my cell 872-484-0002 .. Mr. Davis.. fraud division .. Once again trying to scare people.. I took the bait last year and got ripped off for $800.00. Never again.... If this is legit then there should be a written notice to you.. Not some stupid e-mail... I am blocking this call. How can we stop these people?? They are picking on people that will do what the say because they think they will be arrested. If I'm right .. If your going to be arrested I don't think they call you first!

Received a call from 872-484-0004. Claim they have a criminal case against my name and social security number. They say their Stone wall litigation out of Chicago. Once I told them I have no debts since filing chapter 7 bankruptcy. Not only that, I'm protected under the law from further debt collection. Of they continue to harass me they'll be looking at a hefty fine as they are in clear violation of bankruptcy stay. Me. Davis then claimed that can't stop them and hung up the phone. Smooth scam, I forwarded the information to my attorneys office.
