Called and said something about he had not had a return call yet from me or my attroney and needs me to call back ASAP ! This is a scam . I have scam ID app and told me this is a scam
Received a call from 872-484-0004. Claim they have a criminal case against my name and social security number. They say their Stone wall litigation out of Chicago. Once I told them I have no debts since filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and they claim that can't stop them and hung up the phone. Smooth scam, I forwarded the information to my attorneys office.
Did you get to talk to a girl name Nicole Harris from Stonewall Litigations? But Mr. Davis is the person that left the message ? Same thing you have all said about the fraud deal, but they didn't ask for $ just wanted to give me a heads up but none of this makes sense to me and said they've sent certified letters to my home, I haven't received anything!
Just received a VM from Stonewall litigations a Mr. Davis. Then I called back and spoke to Nicole Harris. Said that I received certified letters regarding this matter. Never got them. And that they will be filing a report with the Attorney General on 2 counts of fraud. Then they saying that they were going to settle my debt of $500 for $633. Scammmmmmm!
