Who called from 8782051021

No ID, just said Connellsvill PA (town spelled as on screen). No message left.

PLC NPAC on our caller ID.

I have them blocked AND have phone off the hook.  Doesn't seem to discourage them.

I am hating these calls. Another hang up. I just did a reverse number search and it says the owner of this number is Laurence Tokarski. So if you answer maybe try calling him by name. If anything, he won't call you back!
