Received call wanting donations to support breast cancer research. Said any amount would help and when I was not comfortable committing to a donation without more information about their organization, she abruptly ended the call. Pretty sure they are trying to either get personal information, scam people out of money or both. They know people are aware of breast cancer awareness month in Oct. and trying to fool people into thinking they are part of the campaign but beware.
They called me too, I'm expecting a call so I picked up. They just asked "Is the head of the household available?" and when I said no they said they'd just call back later.
