I have been receiving many calls at different times from " Privacy Director " a long time ago, and nobody answer when I take the phone. Please help me to solve this disgusting situation.

I too live in South FLorida and receive a call from this number (901-213-2895) just about every day.
IF THIS IS INDEED AT&T call blocking in effect, then why does it ring only ONCE and then stop?? It has never rang more than once, or long enough for me to even answer it.
I do subscribe to Privacy Director, but it would seem that it's not working. If this is a telemarketer, then my phone should not ring at all, correct?
And if it is NOT a telemarketer but rather someone who had identified themself, then should the phone not ring more than once so as to allow me to answer it?
I live in south florida also and receiving tons of calls from this number..however unlike the rest of you THERE IS A MESSAGE when I press the option of 1 (to refuse charge) or 5 (for customer service) then the next thing I hear is. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $4.89 FOR THE FIRST MINUTE AND $89.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE AFTER THAT... Dear Lordddddddddd who the heck is this
Still calling, months later. Picked up today and actually accepted the call just to see. All that I heard was a repeating message that said, "message for" pause "message for" pause "message for" over and over and over. I just hung up
I too live in South Florida, get the calls about every other day, when answered there is no one there. I also have privacy director and am on the do not call list. When the phone is answered and I accept the call there is no one on the line.
