I have been receiving many calls at different times from " Privacy Director " a long time ago, and nobody answer when I take the phone. Please help me to solve this disgusting situation.

I get a call every single day from this number around 11:00 a.m. I work odd hours, so I'm usually asleep at that time and they wake me up. When I pick up it is a recording that says something like "Welcome to NCO" (or something like that). I always hang up, but yesterday, after about the 150th day in a row, I finally listened to the full message to see what I needed to do to make them stop. At the end of the message it says press 1 to accept, 2 to reject, 3 to ignore, so I pressed 3. It didn't do any good; they called again today with the same message.
By the way, I have perfect credit, and I do not have any unpaid bills, nor do I owe anyone anything. If this is a collection agency, as others have said, they have no business calling me.
Is there any way to make the Privacy Director STOP directing these calls to me? It's annoying to have these people wake me up every single day.
Here is their info. my step son has been over billed by salle mae and we are working on it with them. seems like nelson group just wants to jump into the act. feel free to call them and let them know how you feel.

Get calls daily from this number. I am current on all my bills. Never leaves a message. Is now calling at 2:30 am, 3:30 am, 4:00 am. Extremely annoying. I have Privacy Director also. Who do I report this to?
