two calls this afternoon. both said I was being sued by the IRS and should call this #

Voice mail message stating I was being sued by the IRS,  and gave call back number. I called back and asked where I was calling to and person on phone did not give me an answer.

They are saying I'm being sued by the IRS. SCAM

yes...2 calls on tues 5-3-16, Very sincere-sounding recording of lady w/ just a touch of urgency in her voice, but who gave  her the list of 'taxpayers' who were being sued?
