i have received two calls from this number stating they are from a law firm and are going to prosicute for bad checks but are willing to work with me if i get a prepaid visa card i've turned them into the attorney generals office
These people called one relative who gave my # to another relative, who in turn called me with the information from these people. They claimed they were with Hershey Kemp Law Firm and I was involved in a lawsuit. I think I would know about a lawsuit that I was involved with long before a distant relative in a distant state would find out. These people are bottom feeders, and are in no way legit in what they do.
I just received a call from this number they said they were from Hagulwlerth and Assocate. They were claiming that I owed for some kind of internet payday loan. I have no idea what they were talking about. So I asked for their address, the man on the phone right away got defensive and said I know where this is going you are not going to pay. I told him "didn’t I state that sir" "I just want to send a letter to validate the debt” he told me to get a lawyer and hung up. Therefore, I told him to have a nice day. If this was real, why refuse to provide an address!
I had a call from this number, left a voice mail stating that they will expect to hear from my attorney at this point. They then called an ex relative and advised them that they had my social security number as a reference and they needed to call me and let me know that I needed to return their call or get a subpoena for court. I called the Attorney Generals office. They said they have had many reports on this number. There are also other numbers from other states that are linked to this number - approx 30. They advised me not to return the call it is a scam. If you call them back they are abusive and very unpleasant. (The gentleman at the attorney general's office stated even legitimate collectors are not this bad) File a complaint online with your local Attorney General's office!!! This is the only way to stop them!! You can download the complaint form or they will mail it to you.

I received the same call from a Mr. Kennth Sleght Friday.He said I needed to call him back because I was being sued by cashnet. for a loan of 300.00 in 2005. Bad thing for him is I never do payday loans. Never... Any way long story short he said he was going to file charges and that he works for this company. Hershey and Kemp Law firm. I did investagtion on them and found they are not real. He wanted me to give him my debit card information yeah right. When I called back today to let them now I was contacting the fraud unit in my state this girl answers the phone says shes the receptionist I ask what company this is she said" Law firm Hershey Kemp" I said and your name she said Crystal then I said oh ok your in on the scam to . I ask to speak to the so called Kennth Sleght she says he is in one of our offices, she puts me on hold for a long time. I hang up call back who answers the phone the guy who called me Friday. I say now what is your name he says Stanley West I said oh today your stanley because you sound just like the guy who talk to me Friday and I let it be know your going to jail don't give these people nothing.
